Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. No air conditioning so room too hot and due to proximity to road too noisy to keep window open. Plumbing from adjacent room(s) very noisy.

We had the 訂房網站le room upstairs. It was perfect for our Friday night out in Norwich. Beds were comfortable and en-suite clean with a hot shower. Despite not having a window, the room was cosy and private and the window in the en-suite opened and let in light. Staff were very helpful and sorted out the parking permit that I’d forgotten to reserve (£8) and we were able to park outside without a problem. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great service and a very good price for the room. The room was warm and clean and the hotel is several minutes walk from the centre of Norwich.

離火車站很近，2分鐘的路程，非常方便；放下行李，可以沿著河邊漫步，往Riverside那邊走，就是出門的左手邊走，邊走邊看，……可以走到Football，然後沿馬路往回走，不一樣的景色，中間有很多有意思的餐廳，很多人用餐和遊玩的人……然後再到火車站……
